1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your piece to withdraw from your acquisition, without giving any reason. To do so, write to [email protected] with your name, your order and the number of your piece.
2. Returning the piece
The piece must be returned within 14 days of your notice, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. The cost of return is borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refund
We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned piece, using the same means of payment.
4. The number of a returned piece
A returned piece keeps its number. It returns to the register and may be allocated again. No new piece is ever produced to replace it.
5. Defective pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, write to us within 14 days of receipt with a photograph. We will repair, replace within the same edition if possible, or refund it.
