2. Scope
These terms apply to every acquisition of a STAN64 piece made through this website. By completing a payment, you accept these terms.
3. Editions and numbering
Each STAN64 edition is limited to 64 individually numbered pieces and is never reproduced. Availability is shown on the Collection page. When an edition is fully allocated, no further piece of that edition can be acquired.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable VAT. Payment is made online through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your card details. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery conditions, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your acquisition within 14 days of receiving your piece, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The STAN64 name, the crown, the texts, the visuals and the designs presented on this website are protected. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.
